This training is designed for:

• Healthcare Organizations: Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), mental health care providers, and primary care organizations that offer SUD/OUD screening, MAT services, and behavioral health services. The training will differentiate coding and billing requirements for RHCs, FQHCs, CAHs, and traditional providers, addressing unique billing challenges related to claim forms and payment structures from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.
• Clinical Staff: All healthcare professionals who document activities in medical records.
• Administrative and Leadership Teams: Practice managers, medical directors, and program/grant staff responsible for managing people, processes, and technologies related to the revenue cycle.
• Revenue Cycle Personnel: Coders, billers, and other staff involved in billing and reimbursement processes.
