Drug Offender Education Program

HCCADA is a certified provider by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)  for the Drug Offender Education Course for individuals 18 years of age and older mandated by a Court, Judge, or University who have received a citation/or arrest for drugs.

Class Options

In Person Class – $150

The in person class is a 15-hour course discussion in 5 classes from 3:00pm – 6:00pm over 5 consecutive days, Monday thru Friday.

Live-Virtual (online) Class – $90

The live-virtual (online) class is a 15-hour course discussion in 5 classes from 6:00pm – 9:00pm over 5 consecutive days, Wednesday thru Sunday.

  • Classes held via Zoom. Participant must have a computer or phone with a working camera and microphone and access to wifi.

Participants must register and pay in advance before the class. HCCADA accepts cash and credit card. All sales are final with purchase.

Registration for class will be taken until 12:00pm the Tuesday before the first class. Anyone registering afterward will be moved to the following month’s course. We must have at least 6 people registered to hold a class. You will be notified before the first class date if it has been cancelled and your paid registration moved to the following month’s course.
