This State certified program is designed for multiple DWI offenders and/or others who have alcohol/drug related problems for which the first offender program was not designed to address. The purpose is to take specific actions to prevent future DWI Situations and address non-DWI alcohol problems.
This program will increase their knowledge about alcohol and drugs as these substances relate to driving skills, to identify their own individual drinking/drug use and driving patterns, and to assist them in developing plans which will reduce the probability of future DWI behavior.
Class Options
In Person Class – $400
The in person class is a 32-hour course discussion with 2 classes a week meeting Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Live-Virtual (online) Class – $250
The live-virtual (online) class is a 32-hour course discussion with 2 classes a week meeting Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
- Classes held via Zoom. Participant must have a computer or phone with a working camera and microphone and access to wifi.
Participants must register and pay in advance before the class. HCCADA accepts cash and credit card. All sales are final with purchase.
Registration for class will be taken until 12:00pm the Friday before the first class. Anyone registering afterward will be moved to the following course.
